Hi, I'm Angie.

I spent years being the one who held everything. I did it all right, by every measure I had, and in 2020 my body shut down anyway.

What I found on the other side changed how I see every tired, capable person I meet. Your pattern is not broken. It is loyal. And loyalty can be updated.

Today my family of six live full time aboard NUSA, our 52 foot sailing catamaran. I help the person everyone counts on and nobody checks on fall back in love with the life they already built. This is where I write about the pattern underneath it all.
