AGREEMENT TO TERMS
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all products, services, memberships, and content provided by Angie Marie Global, a company registered in California, United States, operating globally ("Angie Marie Global", "we", "us", or "our"). This includes, but is not limited to, digital programs, live or recorded workshops, memberships, audio programs, courses, events, communities, and any branded materials offered through angiemarieglobal.com or associated platforms. By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any offering, you agree to these Terms in full.

THE NATURE OF THIS WORK
Angie Marie Global provides education, coaching, and personal development programs. This work is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, or financial advice, and it is not therapy or a substitute for treatment from a qualified professional. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results at all times. If you are experiencing a health or mental health condition, please seek support from a qualified practitioner.

INDIVIDUAL USE ONLY
All digital content, trainings, and resources are for individual use only. You may not share, copy, distribute, resell, modify, record, or broadcast any materials without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use may result in the immediate termination of access without a refund and potential legal action. Program access is non-transferable and exclusively available to the original purchaser.

PRICING AND CURRENCY
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or currency conversion fees applied by your bank or country of residence.

SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING AND ACCESS
Programs and services may be offered as one-time purchases, monthly or annual subscriptions, payment plans, or lifetime access. By purchasing a subscription or payment plan, you authorise recurring billing based on the plan selected at checkout. Access to your program is provisioned promptly after successful payment, typically within 24 hours. Where an offering is purchased on a payment plan, access begins with your first successful payment and continues while the plan remains in good standing. A payment plan is a commitment to the full purchase price and is honoured to completion. Where lifetime access is stated, it means access for the life of the program library. A missed or failed payment will be followed up personally; if it is not resolved after reasonable notice, access may be paused until the plan is brought back into good standing.

RENEWALS AND CANCELLATIONS
Monthly and annual subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled in writing at least 72 hours before the next billing cycle. All cancellation requests must be emailed to [email protected] and are complete once you receive written confirmation from our team. Once a payment is processed it is non-refundable and all sales are final, except where a refund is required by law.

MEMBERSHIP ACCESS
Active members have access to program materials, replays, live sessions, digital downloads, and private community spaces as specified in each program. Access to these resources ends if a subscription is cancelled or payment fails. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or remove community access or bonus content at any time.

USER RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for ensuring your billing and contact details remain accurate. Angie Marie Global is not liable for service interruptions resulting from user error, platform incompatibility, or third-party service outages. Temporary delays due to system maintenance or technical upgrades do not qualify for refunds.

DATA COLLECTION AND PRIVACY
To process registrations and deliver services, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and payment details. Your data is stored securely and is never sold. As a global business, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. AFFILIATE TERMS
If you participate in an affiliate or referral program associated with Angie Marie Global, commissions are paid only on qualified referrals. Self-referrals, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the system may result in forfeited commissions and removal from the program. We reserve the right to modify commission structures or program requirements at any time.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, including but not limited to videos, audio transmissions, frameworks, methods, program names, coaching materials, templates, and written documents, is the intellectual property of Angie Suthers and Angie Marie Global. This includes The Human Behavioural Blueprint Method, The Rewire Method, and the names of all programs and containers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any part of our materials beyond your own personal educational use without written permission.

BEHAVIOUR EXPECTATIONS
You agree to conduct yourself respectfully in all Angie Marie Global communities, trainings, and events. Harassment, hate speech, or behaviour that compromises the safety or integrity of a room for others will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to remove any participant from our programs or platforms, without refund except as required by law, for violations of these expectations.

EARNINGS AND RESULTS DISCLAIMER
We share real results and real stories from real clients. Even so, Angie Marie Global makes no guarantee of income, business growth, or personal results. Outcomes depend entirely on your own effort, circumstances, and implementation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any financial or personal losses resulting from the use of our services.

YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy you hold under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence that cannot lawfully be excluded. For Australian consumers this includes the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If our services fail to meet a guarantee that applies to you, you are entitled to the remedies your law provides.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution by contacting us at [email protected]. Most things resolve in a conversation, and that is always our preference. If informal resolution does not succeed, the parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before commencing proceedings. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles, and subject to your consumer rights above, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of California.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
