ANGIE MARIE GLOBAL · THE FREE AUDIT

Your whole life keeps returning to

a set-point you never chose.

Twelve statements, one number, and the name of the pattern that decides how long your fresh starts last. Ten minutes from now, you could be looking at it.

Twelve questions. Three minutes. A mirror that shows you the set-point your whole life keeps returning to, and the exact place the work begins.

Free, with instant results and a PDF to keep.

You know this one.

  • You start strong, and somewhere in the second week you watch things quietly return to how they were.

  • You know exactly what you should be doing, and knowing has never once been enough.

  • You are clear about the life you want, and your days keep building a different one.

From the outside, you have it together.

Inside, there is a ceiling in your money, your energy, or your relationships that you keep coming back to, whatever the strategy.

Rest does not land. You sit down and your body keeps going.

And underneath it all sits the thought you would never say out loud.

"How did I end up here,

and I should be happy I'm here, and I'm not."

Shoulders down. Feel that.

That flicker in your body is where this audit begins.

The same week,

with a different floor under it.

  • Rest that lands when you sit down.

  • A habit still holding in week six without you white-knuckling it there.

  • Reaching the goal and staying long enough to feel the arrival, instead of moving the goalposts mid-celebration.

  • A morning where you meet yourself before you meet the day.

Every one of those is what a shifted baseline feels like

on an ordinary Tuesday.

It was never about discipline.

You see, there is a setting underneath your effort.

Your body carries its own picture of normal,

the level of stress, rest, money and love it recognises as home,

and it pulls you back toward that picture

because familiar and safe feel identical from the inside.

Effort can override a setting for exactly as long as the effort lasts.

Then the second week arrives.

You have been opening windows in a room with a thermostat.

The room keeps drifting back to the same temperature,

and nobody ever showed you where the dial was.

Angie's story

I learned this the hard way.

At 41 my body shut down completely. Organs failing, no blood left in me, full medical intervention, twelve hours from death. And when I woke up, my first thought was how quickly I could get back to normal. Twelve hours from death, and I still did not stop performing.

That was my baseline...

I had been living on it my whole life and had never once seen it.

Seeing it changed the floor underneath me. Today our family of six lives aboard NUSA, a 52-foot catamaran, almost a year at sea now, a dream I held for 26 years.

I do not share that as the prize.

The lifestyle is not the answer, and not even the reward.

It is the evidence of a floor that moved.

What the audit is.

Twelve statements.

You score each one from 0 to 3 for how closely it matches how you live. Your first answer is the true one. Your total places you in one of four baselines:

  • The Rising Floor (0 to 9)

Most of your life is being built from a floor you chose. The work now is the few rooms where the old setting still holds the lease.

  • The Quiet Undertow (10 to 18)

Most days you live forward, while an older current pulls at the edges. A strong fortnight, then the slow drift back.

  • The Snap-Back (19 to 27)

A set-point that keeps reclaiming you, whatever the strategy, however clean the plan.

  • The Factory Settings (28 to 36)

An operating system installed so early, and run so faithfully, that it feels like personality. It is a setting.

There is no grade and nothing to pass.

The number is a photograph of the floor, and a floor that has been seen can be rebuilt. Then, before you leave, the ninety-second baseline check.

One hand on your chest, both feet on the ground, one slow breath,

and you meet the state your body returns to when nothing is asked of it.

One minute in, you will be holding.

  • The name of your baseline, one of the four, so the pattern stops being a mystery you live inside and becomes a setting you can work with.

  • Your number out of 36, and what it is showing you about where the old floor still catches you.

  • The ninety-second baseline check.

  • A PDF of your full results, so what you saw does not fade by morning.

This is for you if:

  • You have built a life that looks right from the outside and hums wrong from the inside.

  • You have done the courses and heard the teachings, and the pattern outlived them all.

  • You reach the goal and move the goalposts before you have felt the arrival.

  • You are high-functioning, praised for your resilience, and worn thin by what it costs to hold.

And it may not be for you today if you want a quick label to collect.

The audit asks for ten unhurried minutes and answers about how you live,

and it gives back exactly as much truth as you put in.

I don’t stand here as the one who figured it out. I am here as the one who has walked it.

I am here as your mirror.

I am the person who witnesses you, honours you, celebrates you and guides you through a deep identity shift.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Baseline Audit?

A free ten minute self-audit. Twelve statements, scored for how you live rather than how you intend to, that name the set-point your life keeps returning to and hand you the first step for changing it.

Will it tell me what is wrong with me?

No, because nothing is wrong with you. What you will find is a setting, installed long before you were old enough to choose it, named without shame. A setting that has been seen can be changed.

Is this therapy or medical advice?

No. The audit is an educational tool. It sits comfortably alongside therapy or coaching and replaces neither. Think of it as the layer underneath the work you may already be doing.

How long does it take?

About ten minutes. The answering is the method, so give it the full ten.

Can I retake it?

Any time. As your baseline shifts, the number shifts with it, which makes the audit a useful way of tracking the floor as it moves.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your first name and email bring you the audit and stay with us. We never sell your data. Your answers are yours, and the PDF lives on your device.

What happens after my results?

You will land with your baseline named, your number, the ninety-second check and your PDF. If it stirs something and you want to keep going, the next step will be waiting in your inbox.

Twelve statements, ten minutes,

and a number that explains years.

Most people will read this page, feel something stir, and let the old setting close back over it by morning. You do not have to be most people. Leave your first name and email below and the audit is yours.

Free, instant, and yours to keep as a PDF.

I love you, Angie x

Remember, abundance is your baseline.
